With 16 years of experience in the post-tension industry, Michael Sass brings deep expertise in multifamily construction and has led and supported projects across multiple states. He holds a degree in Communication from Auburn University, with minors in Business and German, providing a strong foundation in strategic communication, operations, and client relations.

Married with three children, he values teamwork both professionally and personally and spends much of his free time supporting his children’s busy sports schedule—often found on a court, a diamond, or a pitch.

Jeff Langley spent the first four years of his career in the banking industry before transitioning into construction, where he has accumulated more than sixteen years of experience specializing in multifamily projects. A graduate of Auburn University, Jeff earned his degree in Finance and brings a strong financial perspective to the construction industry. He currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife and two sons.

Jessica Coston plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting efficient project execution. With a strong background in communication and organizational leadership, Jessica brings structure, clarity, and consistency to complex construction processes.

She is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where she earned a degree in Communications, and has been with MBSE for the past eight years. She and her husband live in Charlotte, NC where she enjoys golfing and spending time with her family and friends

David Acker, known for his detail-oriented approach and commitment to prompt, professional execution. He works closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. He is based in Fort Mill SC, and when not at work he enjoys woodworking projects and watching Philly sports.

Devon Mines is a former police officer with a strong foundation in public service, discipline, and commitment to community. Known for a strong work ethic and unwavering integrity, Devon carries the values developed throughout his law enforcement career into everything he does at MB Southeast.

Outside of work, he enjoys Alabama football, proudly supporting the Crimson Tide, and values spending quality time with his family and creating lasting memories.
